HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All of our products are handmade. We put time and effort into producing the best quality products. Our collars are made to fit which means they can’t be shipped the same day. Please allow 2 to 5 days, plus shipping depending on your state
WHAT ARE THE COLLARS AND NECKLACES ARE MADE OUT OF?

Bela Paw collars and necklaces are made with silicone beads which is free from harsh chemicals like BPA and Latex. They do not scratch or tarnish which makes them especially durable. The collar itself is made from steel wire meaning it has an incredibly strong breaking load. The necklaces beads are fed through a strech nylon. The collars and necklaces are waterproof and will not fade in the sun.
WILL THE COLLARS HOLD WHEN WALKING ON A LEAD?

Yes! all beads fed through aircraft grade steel wire (with a tensile strength of ~270lbs). If by some chance your collar does break we guarantee free postage back to Bela Paw and a brand new collar to replace the broken one.

CAN I HANG TAGS ON THE COLLARS?

Absolutely! Hang tags, IDs, charms, etc.

As these are handmade necklaces and collars, all sales are final. Please reference the Size Guide before placing your order and email us if you have any questions prior for any questions! If you follow the measured guidelines and you believe there's been a mistake on sizing of our part, or if your item arrived damaged, please email or use the Contact form to notify us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. If you believe sizing was incorrect, we will ask for an image confirming proper measurement to ensure the initial order was correct along with the collar made. if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us so we can try our best to make it right. NO REFUND
